Return Policy

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the item price to your original payment method.

Condition

Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging.

Items we can't take back

For hygiene reasons, opened makeup, opened fragrance and ear jewelry (earrings and ear cuffs) can't be returned unless they arrived defective, damaged or incorrect.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund.

How to start a return

Email gregoryaustini.direct@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We'll send return instructions once the return is approved, so please don't send anything back before then.

Return shipping

You pay return shipping unless the item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping

Shipping charges from your original order aren't refunded unless the error was ours.

Exchanges

We can exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability. Email us to arrange it.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
